No, you shouldn't have any issues with a template with Nicepage free version.

Isn't it really that I don't get paid?
I do everything by name. And still the same mistake.
I write me wordpress just as for premium members

If you have any problems with the use of Nicepage themes and/or content on the WordPress site please describe the issue in more details including screenshots.
Please note that in order to see the imported content (if you imported it) you should set one of the Nicepage pages as the front page under the WordPress settings.
Also, exporting a "Project" is not available in the free version.
