Missing header background image on installed theme.

I created a theme for a customer website. The header is using a semi-transparent PNG file for the background and the header is set to Header Over Block.

When I display the theme using Preview on Nicepage, the header background appears as it should. But after installing the theme, plugin, and all content onto the live website, the background does not appear. On the site dashboard, under Colors and Fonts/Header, the background image also appears to be there. I have attached two screen grabs to show what I am referring to. The one with the darkened header background is from Preview, and the other is from the actual website.

Is there a way to fix this, or is this a bug?

Hi,

Could you please check the settings of the Nicepage page in the editor:

Make sure that one of the highlighted options is used.

Thank you, Olivia. That was the part that I missed.

However, from what I can tell on Nicepage vs the live website, is that the live site still really isn't using the tinted PNG file, but is now relying solely on the shading setting. Normally, I would have simply set the background for the header to use a color and then reduce the opacity, but there is currently no setting in Nicepage available to adjust the opacity of the color. I think that would be a useful feature to add in a future release of Nicepage.

Nonetheless, the live site is looking as I intended it to. Thank you, again, for your assistance.
