Fonts not working

Hello i am having a meltdown. I have lost the whole day trying to update one site's content and getting bad results. Finally after a lot of hours i found out my nicepage, while showing everywhere it is selected fira sans as a font, on export it shows sans serif?!?!?!?!?

Plus there is obviously something wrong with the software as it is getting progressivly slower and slower.... i have an MBP with i7, 16gb ram and ssd so the specs arent the issue. Please o please tell me what to do, i have a deadline in a few hours and cant work out what to do!!!!!!

edit: tried different site versions, restartts and reinstalls, windows and mac and it is always the same, instead of fira sans showing open sans!!!!!!! WHat is going on, it is very important for me to settle this right now, i have a deadline for tonight!!

Hello, I have also been receiving errors with fonts for the last couple months. For example the font displayed and exported is different. Also I have noticed that the font selected is shown and exported correctly but in Nicepage a different font is shown. This has been occurring randomly and the only workaround I have used is to add a new block and add text again. Hopefully Nicepage will be able to trace this error and apply a fix.

I have the same problem.

In desktop editor, I use Dosis font and when I go to preview there is another font.

Unfortunately, we can't repeat this issue with incorrect font displaying in Editor. And we need to see the issue in order to investigate and fix it.
At this moment please specify if the issue still persists if you add the new text control or not?
If so, please create private topics and provide your Nicepage Desktop website exported as a Project. We will try to help you solve the problem.

I've seen this problem also in various projects. I recently had this issue while creating a carousel. The correct font showed up in the desktop editor, but it wouldn't display the right font when published.

When I manually edited the CSS/ HTML head to include the google font, it seemed to fix the issue. I then took away the CSS and it still worked. I feel it might have something to do with this line of code I added in the <head> section:

<link rel="preconnect" href="https://fonts.gstatic.com">

I think somehow the font is not loading fast enough and somehow this "preconnect" helps. Perhaps manually linking the google font in the head section helps as well.

~3 years later, same issues described here. Seeing as Support never provided actual help regarding the issue here & hasn't bothered to respond to my case in the past 5 days, I can only assume that we're on our own.

Thank you Shane for the suggestion, it may at least help solve the issue I'm having where the fonts only sometimes load in certain browsers.

If you've stumbled across this post considering trying Nicepage or while still on a trial, just browse the rest of the forum. You'll discover that there are major issues which are never addressed, year after year and no matter how many complain, and that no support that Nicepage provides can be accurately described as "Premium"

We do not have any global issue with the fonts, everything described here was addressed in private cases, if you have an issue with some font, create a separate ticket so we could review the details.
As for the other case that was not responded, we are sorry for the delay and will respod as soon as possible.
