Perfect. there was an old backup folder with an old version. I deleted it. Now it works again.

On your screenshot, we see the path to the folder where the broken Project/site is located. Something happened with this site. If you delete it, the application will most likely be launched.
But first of all, if you need this broken Project please save the archived folder somewhere and only after that please deleted site.
