Just wondering if there is something wrong with the support forum or possibly my account.
I've reached out to support and have been following up over the last 2-3 weeks, all without response and resolution.
I've reached out via Facebook Page public and private messaging, I've been told that they would forward my inquiry to support, but I've had no response.
Please advise.
