Hello,

Can you clarify what it means to include Nicepage project when exporthing a theme and pages to, say, Joomla or Wordpress? When you say you can import the file back to Nicepage later, is the file updated with any changes you made from within Joomla/Wordpress, or is it simply a kind of backup of the project at the time of export?

No, the project is not updated when you make changes on the site, that is only a back up of the initial project.
