No changes on wordpress

I'm changing a page in WP with three videos on them. The video keeps autoplaying. Changes to the page are not made. I'm stumped really.
I'm using the Nicepage 2.10.1 plugin on wordpress 5.4

(I just deleted all three videos but this change is not reflected on the live site)

Hi,

In the case of the video background, this is behavior by default because the background does not have the option to start/stop the video.
Please let us know if you have any further questions.

I found it: the videos will autoplay whatever you do if it is embedded as a background. Is this intended?
