When you click on new page, you have a choice of "Start with a Blank Page" or "Automatically build from Images" or you can click on a "Ready-To-Use-Template". How do you change that template later if you decide you want a different one?
I'm not using a CMS. Publishing HTML instead.

Actually that is not a template but the page with the content. So you need to create a new page and choose another one from the provided pages, then you can delete the old page.
