Problem with form

In the footer you can see the code {rsform 1} which is the code. Just above the footer below the map you can see the form displaying correctly. In both instances I added a text box and added the code.

"added a text box", that's likely your problem. That's not the right way to do it. All you told nicepage that way is show that shortcode as text, not that it's actual shortcode.

First, make sure you have that plugin installed.
Second in nicepage click the "+ Element" button > At the bottom [ ] Position and shortcode > Shortcode then type that {rsform 1} in that new field that will appear.

That will tell nicepage its actual shortcode and not just show "{rsform 1}" as basic text.

Thanks, I've removed the text boxes and replaced the footer one with a shortcode element and added the {rsform 1} but when saved that is still all that displays on the front end.

The plugin is installed and the code displays correctly when inserted anywhere other than the footer.
