I have bought a pro version of nice page. Now my my period of free support is over. Now I have to work with the same features if I don't need free support. But when I start my desktop application and want to make another webpage, there comes a message on screen that I have to upgrade and go to page and it appears that I can buy a pro version. I cannot understand why I should buy again. I don't want to renew support for one year more , It means that I cannot use my pro version that I have bought ???

Vote to pay developers attention to this features or issue.

Hi Suhail,

I see that your free updates period expired on February 20, 2020, and you didn't extend it. After this date, while starting the Desktop app you got the message with proposal use:

  1. The latest Nicepage version released before your free update expired (2.7)
    or
  2. Limited Starter plan with the latest updates (now this is 2.9.0 version)

So on your screenshot, I see you have chosen a Limited Starter plan that doesn't allow you to use premium features of your PRO license:

You can download 2.7 version using this link:
https://get.nicepage.com/Nicepage-2.7.0.exe Desktop app

Use this version as long as you wish or extend free updates to the next year at any time you want.

Let us know if you still have any questions.
