Hi!
Nicepage still makes it very very easy, all you have to do is develop your button in your Paypal administrator panel, then copy the html code that Paypal gives you. Once you copy the code, go to your Nicepage, create an HTML element and paste the html code and you are done! Even if Nicepage were to have a Paypal specific button, you would still need to be in your Paypal account to get the code for each button and you would have to copy and paste.
