I upgraded version and found out that my entitlement of free upgrade just passed less than one month. I wish to downgrade version so as to continue using premium membership. How can it be done?

I see that your free updates period expired on February 19, 2020 and you didn't extend it. So at this moment, you can use the latest Nicepage version released before this i.e Nicepage 2.7.
You can download 2.7 version using these links:
https://get.nicepage.com/Nicepage-2.7.0.exe Desktop app
https://get.nicepage.com/joomla_nicepage_plugin-2.7.0.zip Joomla plugin
Use this version as long as you wish or extend free updates to the next year at any time you want.

Are you sure that you would like to downgrade your license to Personal, as it still has some very considerable limitations? Please note that you can renew your updates with a 40% discount, which should give you incentive to continue using the Business License.
