Ask a Question

Hello out there
I dont understand it, I have the ultimate licence and everytime I try to set up a new website, I have this crap with activation again, and this little crown to buy nicepage. This makes me a little bit angry, because I spend much time try to activate this, and sometimes I dont know how.
Thanks in advance for your answer
Andreas

Andreas,

If you setup new website with new domain in CMS, you will need to login at this website once. Nicepage has to remember you at the website and it should not ask about credentials again.

But if you have issue within Desktop application, looks like you are using different account which has not a license: brainsandcolours@googlemail.com
Your license is attached for elektroknecht@freenet.de account.

To make sure that you are using right account please log out in Nicepage, log out at nicepage.com in all browsers and try to log in at Desktop App with elektroknecht@freenet.de account.
Please do not use Google Plus button because that account doesn't have license.

Eugene
