Hello When you click on menu to scroll page to BLOCK its blinks a lot ... it s not smooth scroll
the same if you are on some block and click again on menu to scroll to the same block its blinks a lot :(

I have checked the navigation from menu to block in exported HTML in Google Chrome and look's like everything works OK without blinking.

Can you please specify in which browser have you checked?
What is the exact browser version?
Is it possible to capture the video of the process and attach it to this case. It will be very helpful.
