How can I have an Horizontal layout Form with more rows ?
Example: Name and Surname field - first row
Address and Phone - second row
Email - third row

Php form submission is not working.

Hi Stelian,
Please make sure that your server is configured to send emails. You can ask your hosting provider about this. If you can send a test email from your server, then you should be able to send emails from the Nicepage Form. Email sending is a server-side task. Nicepage Form script does not support sending emails by SMTP directly in the form action script because of the security reasons. Therefore the server is still responsible for email sending.
