Can't login on client website

Nicepage plug-in won't let me login because of this error message "Your browser is currently set to block third-party cookies. Please allow cookies from nicepage.com to sign in."

I'm on a Mac using Chrome Version 80.0.3987.122 (Official Build) (64-bit). I also tried using Safari but got the same message. I checked both browsers and both have the block third-party cookies unchecked. I have rebooted the browser and the computer. Still not able to work on my clients website. I was able to work last night. What is going on?

Hello Ric,

Sorry for the inconvenience. Can you please open the DevTool, open the console tab and try login again.
And send to us screenshot of any errors in the console tab

Hi Ric,

Please try the following solution:

  1. open a new tab in Chrome
  2. navigate to nicepage.com website
  3. login
  4. go back to the CMS editor
  5. click F5 to refresh the page. Now you should be logged in.

Please let us know the result.

Your suggestion to login on your site in another tab did not work. Attached are three screenshots from the devtool console. there were too many errors to show on one screen.

For now can you please to try another browser like Safari or Firefox as temporary solution.

As temporary solution for Safari please uncheck Prevent cross-site tracking option, Login to Nicepage, and then you can check it again.

I am using an iPad Pro (browser Safari) and the temp fix above for the "please uncheck Prevent cross-site tracking" works great, but I am not seeing a permanent solution so I do not have to do this every time I need to update a page from my iPad.

Hello all,

Not sure what happened but this is a problem again. According to Google, the mobile app is permanently set to accept cookies, but I can’t login per the same message on iPad using Chrome.

Any help would be appreciated!

Please try to update the plug-in to the latest version and then uncheck the Present cross-site tracking option as explained above and let me know if that works.
