Text loses its cell when block duplicated

Please describe what is the problem? please attach your project and specify which block you are duplicating and what you are expecting from that duplication?

Hi Support Team,

thank you for your quick response.

So, first I create a new block. Then I create a 2 window grid in it. Then I place in the left one a line on top of the window inside the grid, then I text field for the title, and then a text field for the text. On the right side, there is an empty window for the image later.

This is meant to be my template because I need it 6 times to the bottom.

My idea was to create the main design like this and then to duplicate it and later just to change the title and the text below.

Unfortunately, when I duplicate the block the text frame of the text disappears and I can't add a new text field or copy a new text in it.

The text is still there but I can nor mark it not create a new text window in its place, the left part of the grid.

I can't attach the project because is bigger then 20mb.

We have tested your project, and all blocks duplicate with no problems.

Are you doing the same way?

Also, you can remove unused images. Open image to change and click the delete icon on the image. you can do that on every page

When I change one word to bold it goes all text bold.

Now it doesn't allow it.

Just select some text and click B (bold) button in the "blue" toolbar:

As I see on your screenshot, there is an issue with latest button.
I've just move the latest button around and rearrange it again. Now it looks good for me in browser (Chrome, Safari).
You can also try the Grid with 6 cells for such block.

I used the menu on the right for making part ot the text bold. That changed the whole text.

When I use the bold option from the frame menu; it works then.

Hi Boril,

The right panel provide styles for the whole control. The pop-up toolbar can set a font style for the selected text. This is behavior by designs.

I can't add the checkbox to the form.

I've tried to add a checkbox via plus underneath the button.

In this case, the checkbox is not addable. But if you click on the edge of the frame on the plus then works.

I got the key from google and pasted it in the filed as needed.

But then I got this error.

1. And one more issue with setting up the blog blocks as well.

When I try to see in the browser, it doesn't export to the browser.

The screen looks broken ( See attachment)

So how can I set the Blog to appear in the "NEWS" link of the site?

1. In the link Gallery I set up the lightbox, but how can I upload the images to the lightbox?

2. Now I got the reCaptcha keys. But when I paste them in the field it doesn't work.

How can I make this work?

As I understand, you tried the plus icon, which is outside the Form control. In this case, it adds controls to the Block, not the Form. Therefore this is behavior by design.

Please make sure that you enabled Maps JavaScript API:
1. Go to the https://console.cloud.google.com/getting-started?hl=en >> APIs & Services >> Dashboard.
2. Click ENABLE APIS AND SERVICES button at the top of the page >> choose Maps JavaScript API.

And one more issue with setting up the blog blocks as well.

Please note that browser preview is not working for Post and Bloc templates because these are theme elements, not the content. Post and Block templates for Nicepage theme for WordPress and Joomla, and they are used for CMS blog pages and posts.

Please explain in more detail what gallery you're referring to.
Nicepage adds a lightbox to the Blocks to display images in this Block. In order to display something in the lightbox, you need to add images to the Block.

Please make sure that you received keys for reCAPTCHA v3 exactly.
Also, please note that reCAPTCHA only works on the domain you specified for the keys you're using. In other words, it will not work in a Nicepage editor and browser preview if you're working with Desktop application.

Now I know that some features as Blog and Posts work better on WordPress.

So CAN I NOW IMPORT MY PROJECT IN WORDPRESS AND CONTINUE WORKING ON MY DESIGN?

Hi Boril,

The theme editing is available in the Desktop application only. In other words, post and Blog Templates can be edited in the desktop application only. But CMS plugin allows editing Nicepage pages and header and Footer saved in the plugin. But you can import the content in Wordpress and continue editing pages on the CMS side. The theme can be edited separately in the Desktop application if needed.
