Report a bug

In the Nicepage Dashboard, I can view the responsive states on my site and it shows as expected, I preview in Chrome and check responsiveness and works as expected. I use the built in Quick Preview to check and nearly each view shows something totally different, menus out of place, text out of place etc...only the Quick View shows a broken site.

Hi Chae,

Please export the problem theme as a Project and attach it to the ticket. Also you can provide several screen shots showing the incorrect preview.

Sincerely,
Hella

Hi Yah Support,

Now I'm seeing the reverse problem...I check the site in Chrome & see a broken site but Quick Preview shows okay.

I've attached the project zip...there are some real issues with Nicepage. I am continually reworking the header...for example if I want to change the size of the social icon or logo...I change it on the largest screen setting (desktop) then when I go to the responsive views i.e tablet and mobile views Nicepage resizes all the logos and social icons..this means I have to then go through each view setup as I want save on every view.

Themler use to do this so it is probably the same bug carried across.

I also think that there may be a caching issue that causes the broken site look.

The project files is a work in progress so some of the pages are blank and others use placeholder images.

I've tried uploading the project file and it keeps coming up with an error message to contact support (sigh) the file is only 6.7mb

Hi Yah Support,

There are some real issue with the header module. Again today I'm adding a phone icon beside the address & as soon as I did that everything header wise changed. The depth, the social icons, the text width changes on the address, menus move position.

This is causing such a waste of time reworking headers anytime something changes

Hi Support,

Download this video and watch...

I change the size of the social icon after Nicepage randomly resizes it and you'll see how the header width changes for no reason, I then change another and another each time header width changes. I then try and drag it back to size and it won't let me

That's on desktop mode, it's even worse on any of the responsive modes :(
Really need a fix for this as this is now making Nicepage unsuitable for any real production work

Hi Chae,

I'm terribly sorry for the delay in responding. Let me know if the issue is still actual. I have downloaded your project and watched the video. With the provided project the header does not jump so much to the bottom when changing the icon width. In any case I see that effect. I recommend you to add a Container control into the header and make it the inner header size. Then move all the Header elements like menu and icons into that container and let me know if the problem persists. In that case please attach the new project with changes.
Sorry again for the delay in replying.
