Considering the title of my post. Maybe you should stop redesigning that much the interface, instead just adding more and better functionalities. If you change the interface because some users can´t find something but maybe the most do... then you will end up having more people who can´t find things easily because of this changes and that affects the "remembering" of positions of things into the interface.
Oh, and maybe you should add "Give an opinion/comment" in the dropdown menu for posts that are not questions, wishlist or reports of bugs but good opinions or comments about things related to Nicepage...
And I think it looks pretty good tough!
