Joomla Theme exported but positions created missing

I have tried creating different one page sites and export them into Joomla theme zip files. I put in different position elements but it seems that the positions are never exported, only two default are available: hmenu and position-sidebar. All the theme zip can be imported into Joomla, but the positions added never available for the modules. I just can't figure out why, so I create a one page site and exported it as a project for you to examine and see what's gone wrong?

Check that you are inserting positions into the template part. The positions inserted into the content should use the names of the existing positions (the ones that are added into the template part). You cannot create a new position within the content area, that is how Joomla works.
