I use to use Adobe Muse to building the page/mailforms.
Am I able to swift to nicepage and what are the cost. Is the 40$ per month or for a year?

Actually that is written on the pricing page in the table. It is listed that the license is Lifetime and free updates are for One year.

It is a better price you mention now. It is not clear on the premium plan page.
Usual that type of pricelist are monthly and not annually. I will recommend you to emphasise the price is annual.

are for a lifetime license with one year of updates. Once the year of updates expires, you will be able to use Nicepage without updates or purchase one more year with a discount.

Tipp: der Link zu dem folgenden Scrip scannt Dein Formular - das heißt: egal was in Deinem Formular steht und wieviele Felder es hat.
kopiere es Dir und speichere es in eine php-Datei - lade es zusätzlich zu Deinen html-Seiten per FTP auf Deinen Server
