Installation problem

Hi, I can't install joomla_nicepage_plugin-2.7.0.zip on my totally new joomla 3.9.15
I get the message "Nicepage Component installation failed Copy file failed" every time.
Attempt to upload and install by both the Installer on the site and by ftp - the same message every time. Where can you look for the reason?

Hi Alicja,

Maybe there are some limitations on the hosting side. Please contact your hosting provider and ask them if there is any issues with installing Nicepage plug-in. If that does not help, you may provide an access to the site backend so we could check.
