Ask a Question

Hello, NP Team! Hope you have a nice day.

I think you should publish/share the exact measures you considered when stablished the five responsive views for the app, because I´m having problems "matching them" with my real dispositives... Both, Tablet and Mobile phone.

Or maybe you can insert like a "Screen Limit View Marker" so we can understand in every view how every block will show... if it will be shown complete and partial. I ask for this because I would like websites that could be navegate with anchor links and show really owesome on each responsive view... or at least know the exact measures for each screen so I can decide how the content of each block will be looked at for the visitors. That would be really great!

Please, check the image for more details...

Thank you for your time.

Thank you, Olivia!

And, also have another question related: How many pixels tall (heigh) start to be considered as "too tall" for a block that could give errors or bad views/displays on any dispositive? For example, applying Parallax backgrounds in blocks with different heighs gives me some "blank spaces" in between one or another - upper or lower block nearby... Is it the size in pixels of the background images or is it the "tall" (to much heigh) of the block? How to avoid this "blank spaces"?

Thank you for your time.

Hi Luis,

Please note, we turned off the parallax effect in mobile devices because the performance on these devices is limited. I have replied in your private case. Please check it.

Oh! I had noticed that parallax didn´t worked on tablets and phones, but I think because of that maybe why it´ñs generating that "blank space" between blocks that looks bad :P

Thank you, Susanna.
