Upon inspecting your site, it's the same as with ours, there are multiple spans at the bottom with class "u-back-to-top" and some clickable svg elements! They also grew over time!
I made a manual fix for ours with custom css which works if you don't have too many spans on your page:
body > span:nth-child(n+5) {
display: none;
}
This works for now, but I'm sure will lead to errors elsewhere and appears to be growing :/
A quick fix would really be welcomed!

In my site some pages have this problem, others pages are normal.
Problems with pages (sections) are there were i made changes after update.

Please specify the issue has appeared only in the WP after the latest update (2.6.4.)? And with new pages only? After what exactly actions like:
- data import;
- some manipulation with the button "back to top";
- content editing, etc.
