Superscript and subscript characters in text object

Dear support team;
Can we expect adding button to insert superscript/subscript characters in text object.
As there is "bold", it would't be a big deal, to insert also "superscript" and "subscript" button TO MAKE USERS MORE HAPPY.
Note: All serious articles include references, which has to be marked as superscript.

And about colouring words in a text object. Currently the only way is to recolour entire paragraph... Grrrrr
