Unable to download block designs

I have the Nicepage Personal Edition. On the Nicepage website under Menu: Templates - Block Designs: I selected: https://nicepage.com/Page/Detail/55785/Page-1

At the side of the block it says:

Edit Template Offline
1. Download and Install the Nicepage version for Windows, Mac, WordPress and Joomla from download page (which I've already done)
2. Create new page and search for id 55785

I created a new page and searched for id 55785 but it remained blank! I can download a template using the id but not a block. Where am I going wrong?

Hi Robert,
yes, there is a misunderstanding with the blocks. This description is valid for pages with several sections but not for single blocks.

You can find this block in the blocks gallery.
To use it on the new page please add the blank page then add the block.
You will see several tabs.
Choose '2000+ designs' tab and search for 55785.
