CADA VEZ QUE CAMBIO ALGO EN EL PROGRAMA DE ESCRITORIO, EN CUALQUIERA DE LAS VISTAS (ESCRITORIO, TABLETA, TELÉFONO) SE DESORDENAN LAS FOTOS, TEXTOS, TÍTULOS.
LLEVO MAS TIEMPO ORDENANDO TODO EL DESORDEN QUE PUDIENDO EDITAR UNA PAGINA
CADA MOVIMIENTO QUE HAGO ES AVANZAR HACIA ATRÁS! ORDENANDO TODO NUEVAMENTE PORQUE NO SE CUAL VA A SER EL RESULTADO EN LAS OTRAS VISTAS
LLEVO EL DOBLE DE TIEMPO ORDENANDO TODO DE NUEVO QUE PUDIENDO EDITAR

LUEGO ME DICEN QUE MANDE EL PROYECTO Y QUE LAS FOTOS NO SE VEN Y ASÍ PASAN LAS SEMANAS

Pues probablemente sea por qué no trabajas con Grid. Debes dividir cada parte en Grid para que sea adaptativo. De este modo incluso se crea de forma automática las divisiones en la versión móvil.
