How to display pop-up and dim the rest of screen, when visitor is going to close the page?

Hello team,
can you please guide me, how it is possible to perform such effect as in the subject. I assume, that such effect is run only when mouseover above some object on the page occurs. Then the most of the displayed page is dimed, and the standard pop-up with some custom article or text appears (not dimmed), so it is possible to customise it (not plain-text).

Any clue?

Hi Michal,

We do not have such functionality in the application. But we have such tutorial:
https://nicepage.com/doc/article/55883/how-to-create-modal-popup

It allows creating the pop-up window on the button click. Maybe you could edit the code so it will perform as you want.
