What does the inscription "available in the desktop version" mean? See screenshot. A caption pops up on hover. Blog design is not available with this caption.
What can be done with this?

Use the Theme drop-down on the top bar and navigate to the Blog or Post templates. Then the controls will become available.

Could this be related to the type of theme? In this case, how to create Blog and Post Templates?

Blog controls can be used on the Blog and Post Templates in the Nicepage Desktop application only. These are theme controls. They cannot be used on the Nicepage pages.
