This is what we noticed with a grid and videos. When we place videos in a grid the following happens:
1.) we get no text from youtube options (title, etc..) on the videos, just the play button
2.) the resizing does not work correctly

If we just create a block and insert a video without a grid everything works great. You can see the text from youtube and they resize correctly on each device.

Sorry for the delay.
Please note that when the video is used as background video, it behaves a little differently. It looks like when you inserted the video in the Grid cell, you stretched it to cover the cell and converted it to background video. The described behavior is the default for video backgrounds.
