server timeout again

hello out there
I have this timeout problem again, and I dont know what to do anymore. The provider says, its joomla and my fault, you said to me I should ask the provider.
Now one website is completly down after trying to work online witth it, i got the failed 404 or 403 request not possible, and now its impossible to get to frontend and backend. The website seems to be online but does not respond. Before I delete the database and do it all new, I would like to find a solution to this problem, because it becomes a main problem on every site I m working on. Only in the nighttime it works sometimes perfectly.
the site I m actually talking about is www.lagari-berlin.de
but at the moment its not possible to reach the site. there must be somehow a solution for this problem, because it takes a lot of my time searching this issue ... please help

Hi Andreas,

We cannot say for sure what the problem is. But according to the statistics, the above-mentioned errors are common for the hosting servers that do have security limitations for the requests or the PHP limits for the upload values and request sizes. If you need, we can try to investigate the log files from your site. But as you are saying that the site was somehow working during the nighttime, which also indicates that the issue is on the server side and the server is overloaded in the daytime.
