I have some problems with the form. I use Joomla online editor.

  1. If I change Name (HTML attribute...) in Naam or something else, the whole field is not send. Only fields with the original names are send. So why can you change the name?
  2. I don't understand the meaning of the new textfield. A customer can type in it but nothing happens.
  3. Threre are some bugs in formatting the form and the fields
