Ask a Question

I usually generate sitemaps at the backend using OSSitemap extension but it is unable to generate a sitemap, can't 'read' the menu.
Is there any trick? is there something preventing it and if yes, how to overcome it?
Thank you in advance

Ah, discovered the sitemap OssMap generates, Google said it was in the wrong format. I ended up creating one at google instead.

What type of error is it showing? Have you checked your file and folder permissions? You can use the admin tools extension to do so if you do not know how to set it globally.

If it has built an XML file, you will find it under site/plugins/ossmap/joomla as joomla.xml. If it is there, copy it to your site root directory and the directory above, usually the user directory

I just installed it and no errors appeared.
