Nicepage contact form still not working into Wordpress

I`ve tried to test Nicepage forms to work with Wordpress using a well hosted and .com domain name but it doesn´t work as before in other maybe "not well hosted domain name"...

Configured Easy WP SMTP plugin, then send test email and everything works just fine!

Don´t know what´s the problems with Nicepage forms error working with Wordpress and Contact Form 7 plugin. Already tried it with Mailchimp too, but now Mailchimp doesn´t allow me to access my account (since a one or two accounts earlier - looks like their just stolen email accounts or something suspicious for me).

If you would like to show us that it really works, maybe you should do a video tutorial that show us that is true and how to configure it at once! I´ve tried a lot of times in different websites and never works inside Wordpress with Contact Form 7 plugin.

Hi Luis,

Nicepage Form uses CF7 plugin to send an email. The form itself is not responsible for email sending. Did you try to send an email directly from the form created by CF7 plugin?

Form was added from Nicepage into de page...
CF7 plugin is installed
Subscribe form appear in the CF7 forms menu and was edited applying the email address that will be use for tests.

Hi Luis,

I mean, did you try sending an email from the form created with CF7 plugin directly? The plugin itself does not send emails. This is the task of the mail server. So, did you configure email sending on your server? To check this I asked to send an email from the CF7 form.

Hi Olivia,

From the server/hosting side everything is setup for the admin to create email accounts as he need and all mail cnames were created for the server admins because the email account "testmail@mydelunamedia.com" I´ve created works just fine. Then, into Wordpress I´ve configured the SMTP mail server from the hosting services, tested it and works fine... The problem is, as I told in other post (I think) that CF7 had been updated and maybe there are some issues between theis new CF7 version and the previous configuration of Nicepage to handle CF7 forms... Maybe you should check that or create a video tutorial teaching us "How to" configure this in both sides, because CF7 native forms are not that nice but Nicepage forms are useless if CF7 can´t send mails from them :S

I´ll uninstall CF7 and re-install it to start all the configurations again and test it before I use NP form... I´ll let you know if it works.

Hi,

Try adding the form to a blank block using the Shortcode that CF7 uses.
This may give you more info on why the form is not sending out emails.

Also, are you using Recaptcha or something like that?
Disable anything like that for testing.

Oh! Yes, the recaptcha is setup but from Nicepage Desktop Builder... I´ll disable it then.

And also this reminds me a question about Recaptcha: Why it doesn´t appear in the form even I setup the keys into Nicepage? I´ve tried to work with the "invisible Recaptcha" before and it doesn´t worked for me, so the version that works is the v2 "I´m not a robot" one... just for you to investigate that, please.

Hi Luis,

Nicepage uses ReCaptcha v3, which works in a little different way. It does not add anything to the form. it works in the background, but you should see the ReCaptcha label at the bottom right corner of the page it ReCaptcha is working on the page.
