Using of Mailchimp

Hi,

I am using MailChimp for my form's SendTo action. However, only the name and email has been sent over to MailChimp and it's mapped to First Name and Email Address from MailChimp settings. Would like to know how to send the rest of the data over. Eg, phone number, address and notes.

https://mailchimp.com/help/host-your-own-signup-forms/

And, please, use the latest version of Nicepage.
If the problem won't be fixed, please let us know.
