Upgrade v2.4.1 Issue.......I too am having problems with 2 websites I designed, they were ready to post on the server, I was doing final touches on them when I was prompted to update to Nicepage Desktop v2.4.1. Now I can not find any of the content that was in the original designed websites except the text. I had video, flyer, images with hyperlinks, and it has all disappeared with the update Nicepage v2.4.1.
I deleted what I had in the Nicepage desktop and imported it again since I was able to back it up before the upgrade to v2.4.1, but it won't load it all . Can someone please help figure this out?

Hi Terry,

What exactly is wrong with import the project backup? Please attach it to this ticket. Also please export the latest version of your Project and provide it too.
Do you receive any error messages? If so please provide screenshots with them.

I wasn't able to wait for a response, so I had to do a workaround and recreate the website with the Updated v2.4.1. So I don't have the original project to send to you unfortunately. If I have the problem again like many others did that I saw in the Forums, I will try again and send it to you or someone else at Nicepage for your expert help.
