Hi!
So far I'm liking Nicepage for my Joomla sites. Overall the development team seems pretty responsive to adding features. They have been releasing monthly updates and sometimes more! By voting, that allows them to see what take priority. This application supports more than just Joomla so the squeaky wheel gets the grease. But your request should be there no matter which CMS people are using.
The way I develop Joomla sites now, is to create a NP template which only consist of the header, footer, fonts and colors - so basically 2 sections. Then any other page (home page) with NP. You can add module positions anywhere on the page - so that makes it pretty powerful. I think NP sometimes tries to do too much - like create the menus when you import your template. I requested that they make it an option, and they did! I also had an issue with J2 store, but they were able to fix that too.
Probably the easiest work around for you, is to just save the articles as copies. Probably not ideal, but it might work. I would love to see NP have a user section library so we could share between projects and users!
