1. We provide Nicepage license for a Desktop app and for Joomla and Wordpress plugins. On the purchase page https://nicepage.com/premium you can see that hosting service is not included in license. But you can create as many sites as you like.
   License is for a lifetime and you can use it as long as you wish. With the purchase you have got one year of free updates. After the free update year ends you can continue to use the current version or pay the new year of free updates (it cost with a 40% discount on the initial cost)

2. With our separate hosting service you can create a simple HTML sites in Online Editor, host them, and connect to your domain. The purchasing page here: https://nicepage.com/hosting. Keep in mind there is no possibility to integrate our online Editor into another site hosting service.

Also please note in any case (with license or subscription) you should buy a domain yourself. We don't provide such service.

I have 2 problems

From the premium that i buy today i see that you take immediatly hosting in you hosting. I want before hostinh have mi webste on mi computer and after i wii decide wher it will be hosted.

I would like to how to attribute mi location on mi computer. I created a file on mi disk to have all mi websites in preparation.

You don't need to use NP hosting at all.
Use the desktop version to build your sites and export them to your computer.
You can upload them to your host from there using Filezilla.

Im a noob. Can you please explain how to export the files to the host using filezila? Sorry for asking.
