Copy inside SEO and Head Page Settings leads to an error

Hi,

I am working with Joomla 3.9.14 and Nicepage 2.3.1.

When ever I try to copy code or text inside SEO and Head Page Settings , I got the message "An error occured. Reload Nicepage"
After reloading, all saved changes are gone and the page has the status from where it was opened last time.
Closing the page opens a prompt which tells you, that the page hasn't been saved. Instead of cancel and save the page, I left the page, reopened it and all changes where back.

Our developers could not reproduce this bug.
Please, give access to your joomla admin account and give the full text you've tried to paste in order to find a crash cause.
