Hi Rosario,

You do not have installation rights. The problem is not in our plugin. You cannot install any other third-party application. Please, check the path to the tmp folder, Joomla installs its extensions through this folder. Perhaps you moved the site from one place to another and did not change the path to this folder. If everything is ok with it, then contact the hosting support, they should help.
