Upload Images impossible / Drop Files not working

Hello NP-Team,

whatever we tried to get it to work it will not.

We try to drop files to add them to MY IMAGES it was not possible - not multi-files NOR single file ( as drop files ) if we send ONE FILE with the upload function it works but it is very time-consuming and not what the drop files function is for :-)
Please help us to get this feature work. Many thanks and have a nice day.

it tells how to fix the write-rights in the registry...before it was not possible for us to upload files via the drop files function because the correct rights were not set inside the registry :-)

BTW is there a way to speed UP the desktop version. If we work on the Desktopversion with NP after a few minutes the program becomes slower and slower and gets very laggy more than 10 seconds before we can edit the next item. after a restart, everything works fine but minutes later the same effect.....we have disabled the firewall, stopped all antivirus and cleaner prg and in the task manager the priority is set to high but it takes no noticeable effect. Have a a nice Day
