Adding "Position & Widget Area" for Wordpress

When adding "Position & Widget Area" to a blog or a post template (as a right hand side colums to be the primary widget area), this comes filled with product categories and text blocks with the wrong size and position.. It is impossibe to correct, neither in nicepage desktop nor as Wordpress administrator.
What is the solution?

Resolved!
Delete everything and recreate the block for the blogroll, and format the page witth sidebar that will have the attribute "Primary Widgrt Area".
