Hi
I am still finding my way around Nicepage and I am currently trying various ideas I have carried over from designs I have made with a well known WP PageBuilder.

In my Nigepage design I want to incorporate text/image cells (possibly Gutenberg block maybe) that are dynamically pulling the content from the database - that means the end user will never have to use Nicepage editor in order to change the text content. The user would simply update a specific "gutenberg text/image blocks" with new content and that new content is automatically changed in the Nicepage designed page.

For example: I create a home page for a Hair Salon and on the home page there is a section that have special offers that change at the start of each month. The user should not have to learn how to use Nicepage just to change the special offer because there is the danger of he/she messing up the whole page design.
In this scenario the user will simple change the special offer content of the designated "Gutenberg block" via the WordPress editor and have the changes appear on the homepage.

Thank you

Lee

Hi Lee,

Nicepage is a standalone content editor. Unfortunately, we do not plan to integrate it with any other editors including core CMS editors. Technically this is a quite difficult task which will bring a lot of problems and fewer new useful possibilities. Nicepage is a great editor as it is. For everything else, we offer HTML and PHP controls.
Please let us know if you have any further questions.

Huh! Gutenberg is WordPress core not third party. It will be a big mistake if you don't look at this integration. Automattic is pushing all their developers into Gutenberg, any Page Builder that does not keep up with Gutenberg development will become obselete as far as WordPress platform is concerned.

Hi Lee,

Thanks for your point of view. I'm not sure that we should integrate Gutenberg as we have our own powerful content builder and we should not support other third-party builders.

Hi Lee,

If guttenberg provides the ability to set a shortcode for the block, then you can use the shortcode control within Nicepage to add that content.
