Client Lessening Register not available in Joomla with White Label

It appears that the White Labeling on a website design is not working with the Client Licensing as I never see the create account, only a login page.

I tested the feature on the same website using a non-white labeled website design "NicePages" and I see the correct "Create Account" option when I try to login as a Client.

Is there something that I need to do do get this working correctly, as signing them up through your nicepage.com site sends the client non-branded emailers directly to the client.

Hi Steve,

In general, the registration form should appear when no corresponding cookies created. We'll check what happened with registration form on our side and let you know the result.

We released a new update which contains a fix for this issue. Now the registration form appears if you have not logged in before.
