As I understand, you want to assign a custom Product Details Template to a definite product, right? If so, there is no such option on Nicepage, but maybe this article will be helpful for you (as you are using WooCommerce): https://developer.woocommerce.com/docs/template-structure-overriding-templates-via-a-theme/.
