Ask a Question

I purchased a Joomla 5.2 extension from you for over $105, but I can't use it. I tried creating a page with your desktop editor using the template I downloaded from you, but no matter how I try to upload it to the server—whether as a zip file or via FTP—it doesn't work. Neither the menu nor the content appears on the website.

I also attempted to upload a template directly from your site to my Joomla installation through the browser, but only the default Joomla page shows up under my domain, not the new template. I even tried using the editor plugin on the site, but my pages don't appear after publishing.

In my opinion, this Joomla extension I bought from you is unusable and a complete scam! I want my money back or a very detailed and functional guide that will actually make the site work!

Have you checked that?
Permission Settings:
If you're experiencing issues installing and assigning the Nicepage template in Joomla 5, incorrect file permissions might be the cause. Joomla requires specific permissions to read and write files and directories properly.

Set the Template as Default:
Go to "System" > "Templates" > "Styles".
Locate the newly installed Nicepage template in the list.
Click the star icon in the "Default" column to set it as the default template.
