In designer the content looks good:

When I deploy it to Wordpress it has the following unwanted text displayed in the first section of the footer:

How can I get rid of the unwanted text?

Check responsiveness, maybe you were designing in desktop version and now you are checking live site on smaller screen.

Hi,

We are sorry for the delay.

As I understand, you want to remove the Block header text from the Footer, right? If so, you need to delete the Position & Widget Element from the Footer and replace it with the regular Text Element. If you cannot find this element in the editor, switch to the Layers mode.

After doing these actions, please let us know about the result.
