Hamburger Menu Open Type Screen is not working

I can choose whether the hamburger menu should cover the entire screen or only have a certain width at the edge of the screen. I have noticed several times recently that I can no longer select the option for the entire display size.

Open Type Screen is selected:

Here you can see, it is not a full screen menu:

When I create a new Nicepage page and create a menu, it works strangely enough. I don't know what I have done wrong. (I sent the project file yesterday in a private thread)

Hi,

I cannot reproduce this issue on my end. All menu open types work correctly. Clarify please, does it happen in all Projects or a definite one? Does it happen on Nicepage Desktop or Online? Thank you for the additional information.

Hi,

I tried to reproduce the issue in my old Projects but failed. After that, I took the Project from your previous topic, and I could not reproduce the issue as well. Clarify please, does the issue persist when you delete the Menu Element and add it again?

No, the hamburger Menu looks in the browser preview the same as in the Nicepage Editor.
In the evening I will try to reproduce the error in a new nicepage project.

I was able to reproduce the error in a blank project:

  1. create a new empty Nicepage project
  2. click on the menu element in the header. Select the hamburger menu under “Levels” in the property panel.
  3. select the “Hamburger” item in the property panel.
  4. click on “Edit Panel” at the top of the property panel in the new view.
  5. then click on “Hamburger” again at the top of the property panel.

You can now see that the Open Type has automatically changed to Screen. If you now click on “Open Panel” again, you will see that the wrong hamburger menu layout is displayed.
