There are only two files extracted, which is not enough, the site should contain a lot more files. Maybe you can try to export the HTML theme in a folder and not in a zip file and then upload on your hosting all the files from that folder.

As for the problem, I see some files missing on your screenshot, there are no style files. Please export the theme as a Project and attach it to the ticket so we could check the problem.
