Make Text Block Static Over Slider Images

I have a slider element with 4 images and the same block of text over each, in the same location. (Please see attached image.) Is there a way to make the block of text static so it just stays in place and the images slide under it?

Hi Jim,

There is no such direct option. You can try to achieve such a design using a Box with the text placed in the block above or below the slider. Then use the huge margin, positive or negative correspondingly and make the Box be in the front layer.
But this may cause some other design issues so please check if this possibly works for you.
